cube profile (.dp4) file
A design file created using Analytics Cube Designer, available in Actuate Release 10 Service Pack 1 and earlier, that contains the specifications for building and running a cube. A cube profile specifies the data to be analyzed, the structure of the cube, and general cube properties.
