How to export data from a gadget

Choose Maximize if the toolbar is not already visible, as shown in Figure 3-44.

In viewer menu, select Export Data, as shown in Figure 3-45. Export Data appears.

In Export Data, as shown in Figure 3-46:

Select an available result set to export.

Select an available column. This example uses the order number.

Select an encoding style. This example uses UTF-8.

Select a separator format. This example uses Comma (CSV).

Choose OK. Data download begins.

Exported files use the default viewing software installed on the user’s computer. If multiple viewers are available or a viewer is unavailable for the selected file, the user can choose which software opens the file or choose to download the exported data file.
