Exporting content

You can export an entire report, as well as each individual report element to several different formats. Exporting to one of these formats creates a file that can be used by applications other than the viewers.

In Interactive Viewer, you can export report content to the following file formats:

n	Advanced Function Printing (.afp)

n	Microsoft Excel (.xls)

n	Microsoft Excel 2007 (.xlsx)

n	PDF (.pdf)

n	Postscript (.ps)

n	Microsoft Word (.doc)

n	Microsoft Word 2007 (.docx)

n	Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt)

n	Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 (.pptx)

n	Extensible HTML (.xhtml)
