When you open a BIRT report containing parameters, the Parameters page appears. You supply parameter values and then choose Finish to run the report. Default values appear if the report developer adds them. You can specify default parameter values to use for the report when you set up Mobile Subscriptions using Information Console.

If you use an iPhone mobile device, BIRT Viewer notifies you that a parameter is required and you can then select Parameters to supply parameter values.

To view the same data in a report that requires parameters, you can specify the parameter values using Information Console. Then save the report as a BIRT document and add it to Mobile Subscriptions. Name the report based on the specified parameter values.
