Deleting a user
If you delete a user, any measures, briefing books, or other objects associated with that user lose their owner. Before you delete a user, you must edit all of the associated objects to assign a new owner.
How to delete a user

In the Navigation Pane, choose Setup

Users

In Setup User—Users, select a user name.

Choose Delete.

Choose Yes to confirm.
