A user group is a collection of users. The system specialist saves time by applying object security for a group, rather than for individual users. Metrics Management considers user ID and user groups to determine access rights.

Every user in the system belongs to the Everyone group. The Everyone group is a system group. The Everyone group is non-editable and has no publisher. By default, members of the Everyone group can view new objects. Specify object security settings for the Everyone group in Setup➛Security for individual objects.
