Boolean. Specifies whether to report an error when creating the group if one with the same name already exists. BIRT iHub always rejects a duplicate request regardless of the IgnoreDup setting. If True, BIRT iHub does not report an error. If False, BIRT iHub reports an error. The default value is False.
