My Jobs displays basic information about the status of jobs. For each category in My Jobs, there is a basic view available to all users and an Advanced Jobs view available only to the administrator. The administrator can cancel a scheduled job or override settings specified by a user. Additionally, when performing advanced scheduling tasks, the administrator can use the file menu next to each job to perform additional actions.
