I tried to activate BIRT F-Type and get the message that my Activation Code has expired. What can I do?
If your code has expired, you can re-register and request another code by clicking the “Register here” link on the activation screen.
Activation Code has been used already, or you already have an active installation.
Only one active Activation Code is allowed per e‑mail address. Please make sure that you or somebody else in your organization has not already activated the code requested from your e‑mail address. If you need a new activation code to install BIRT F-Type on another machine, please contact us.

After you enter the Activation Code, the system validates the code by communicating with a server at Actuate. Please make sure you have an active internet connection on your browser you are using to enter the code.
