You can export data from your database into a text file, which you can open in other programs. You export data by choosing to run an existing data export.
How to export data
1 In Navigation Pane, choose Data➛Data Exports.
2 Select a data export, and choose Open➛Run.
3 Choose Yes in the dialog box to run the import.
A progress bar appears. When the export completes, a message appears, indicating how many objects were exported, as shown in Figure 3‑16.

4 Choose OK.
If the export fails, choose Yes to view the error log.
