Earlier you learned how to include a parameter marker, ?, in the query defined for a data set. The marker specifies how BIRT dynamically updates the query when the user supplies a report parameter. If the data set linked to the chart includes a parameter marker in the query, you can review or change the default parameter value from the chart builder.
