1 Choose Data Preview.

2 Choose Refresh. As shown in Figure 3‑51, Parameter Values appears if the information object contains parameters.

3 On Parameter Values, type the parameter values. A parameter value must be a single value, not a list of values. When you finish, choose OK, and information object output appears.

4 Use the scroll bars to view all columns and displayed rows. Use the Page Size list box to change the number of rows displayed on each page. Use the Next Page and Previous Page icons to navigate through the data preview one page at a time.
